Cocktails & Glass Wine
Cocktails
Whenever possible, we use local and organic ingredients and fresh house juices in our cocktails. We hand-infuse many of our liquors and make all of our mixers from scratch. We offer all classic martinis and drinks; just ask your server or bartender for your favorite, fixed just the way you like it.
The Dogwood, Springtime
our signature cocktail: citrus-infused Prairie vodka, couintreau, splash of Campari, agave nectar, pomegranate juice and a splash of fresh lemon juice, topped with Prosecco, garnished with a cucumber round and a lemon twist, served over ice, sangria-style in a wine glass, 10
