The Dogwood is hosting a year-long in-depth series focused on the wines of France.  Tastings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 pm. Five to seven wines will be sampled with accompanying paired small plates.  Though the series is intended to be very educational, the tastings series will welcome wine lovers of all levels of sophistication. The cost per class is between $45-$65 depending on the wine selection. All classes will be led by Chef Galen Sampson.
