Merry Monday: AIWF Summer Event featuring Chef Galen Sampson

$60 for AIWF Members/$70 for Non-members (includes all taxes and gratuities)

This spectacular event will feature sparkling wines and small plates of sustainable American cuisine.  Sparkling wines and champagnes from around the world will be paired with an assortment of complimentary small plates.  Galen will offer seasonal dishes using the finest local, natural, and organic ingredients while respecting classical techniques.  During the evening the wines and multiple small plates will be discussed for your enjoyment.
