Please join The Dogwood to welcome Northstar winemaker "Merf" as we taste three world-class red wines from acclaimed Merlot producing region: Washington State. Walla Walla Merlot, Columbia Valley Merlot and Stella Maris Red Wine.  They are "heaven in a glass." Merf's wines will be paired with Galen's "Chef's Improv" small plates (using the best of what's fresh in the market the day of the event).
